Staying Positive
It's only been 10 days since I quit, but I feel much more confident about this attempt than my prior ones. I just need to take it one day at a time and congratulate myself for everyday that I stay smoke-free. I feel better this time around because I've learned from my past attempts, and I'm getting great support from my quit coach and therapist. I will continue to pray to God to help me to stay smoke-free for the rest of my life.
